About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee solar project installation and execution activities at project sites.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in solar projects, strong site coordination skills, and the ability to manage daily site operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day solar project installation activities at the site.Coordinate with engineers, technicians, vendors, and contractors.
Ensure project execution as per drawings, specifications, and timelines.Monitor workforce productivity and maintain site discipline.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance.Track material requirements and coordinate logistics.
Prepare daily progress reports and submit updates to management. Resolve site-level issues and escalate critical concerns when required.
Ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards.
Required Qualifications:
Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in Solar Project Execution or Solar Installation (Mandatory).
Basic understanding of solar PV systems, mounting structures, and electrical connections.
Ability to read and understand project drawings and layouts.Good communication and coordination skills.
Mandatory RequirementsExperience in solar projects is compulsory.Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.Immediate joiners preferred.
