About the Role
I am looking for 2-3 dedicated and professional individuals to join my core operations team. This role is ideal for candidates who have strong English communication skills and are comfortable interacting with international candidates and clients.
The selected candidates will assist with candidate communication, onboarding activities, interview coordination, and daily operational support.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with candidates through calls, WhatsApp, email, and chat
- Conduct follow-ups with interested candidates
- Schedule interviews and meetings
- Assist in onboarding new candidates
- Guide candidates through company processes and procedures
- Maintain candidate records and daily reports
- Support training and onboarding activities
- Coordinate with management regarding daily operations
- Professionally communicate with USA and Canada-based candidates and clients

Compensation Structure
Training & Evaluation Period (First Month)
Selected candidates will undergo a 1-Month Training & Evaluation Program where performance, communication skills, professionalism, and overall suitability for the role will be assessed.
Compensation during this period will be performance-based.
After Successful Completion of Training
Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000
Additional performance bonuses and growth opportunities may be available based on contribution and responsibilities.
