Designation - Account Assistant /Account Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and reconcile bank/credit card transactions using cloud accounting tools (Xero, QuickBooks, Zoho Books).
- Support VAT, month-end, and year-end financial processes.
- Prepare draft financial reports and maintain accurate general ledger records.
- Communicate with clients for routine follow-ups and clarifications.
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and proper documentation of all financial data.
Eligibility Criteria & Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related field (B.com, M.com, CA pursuing)
- 0–2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or client servicing (for Account Executive level).
- Proficient in cloud accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
- Eager to learn and adapt to the UK accounting environment.
