We are looking for a proactive and experienced Shift Manager to oversee day-to-day operations during assigned shifts. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and the ability to ensure smooth functioning of the outlet while maintaining high standards of customer service and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily operations during assigned shifts
- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, service, and store teams
- Monitor staff attendance, performance, and productivity
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of customer concerns
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards as per company guidelines
- Monitor inventory usage and report stock requirements to management
- Handle cash, billing, and shift closing activities accurately
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational procedures
- Prepare daily shift reports and communicate operational updates to management
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of F&B operations, food safety, and hygiene standards
- Ability to handle operational challenges and work under pressure
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Basic knowledge of billing, inventory, and shift reporting processes
Qualification:
- Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field preferred
Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience in the F&B, Restaurant, Café, QSR, or Hospitality industry
- Prior experience as Shift Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, or similar role preferred
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
