Key Responsibilities
- Project Lifecycle Management: Manage Entire project Designing, procurement, installation and commissioning.
- Budget and Scheduling: Develop project budgets, manage costs, and establish project schedules.
- Site Management: Perform site assessments, oversee installation, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to safety standards, local building codes, and regulations.
- Resource Coordination: Coordinate with stakeholders, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project flow.
- Documentation: Prepare project reports, maintain documentation, and track project status.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience managing large-scale, complex mechanical projects.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of HVAC, piping, or manufacturing systems and CAD software.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Certifications: Certifications from the American Institute of Constructors (AIC) or Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) are desirable.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
