Key Responsibilities: -
End to End Recruitment
- Source, screen, and schedule candidates for plant positions.
- Conduct joining formalities and employee induction programs.
- Ensure timely closure of plant manpower requirements.
Employee Onboarding & Documentation
- Complete employee onboarding and orientation processes.
- Maintain employee personal files and records.
- Prepare employment-related documents such as appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, and other HR correspondence.
- Ensure all employee records are updated and maintained accurately.
Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination
- Monitor daily attendance, shift schedules, overtime, and absenteeism.
- Maintain leave records and attendance reports.
- Coordinate with payroll teams for monthly salary processing.
- Verify attendance, overtime, incentives, and other payroll inputs.
Employee Relations & Welfare
- Address employee grievances and workplace concerns.
- Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
- Conduct employee communication sessions and feedback meetings.
- Promote a positive and harmonious work culture.
Contract Labor Management
- Coordinate with manpower contractors for workforce requirements.
- Verify contractor attendance, billing, and compliance documents.
- Monitor contract labor deployment and statutory compliance.
- Ensure contractor workers follow company policies and safety requirements.
Statutory Compliance
- Support compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain records related to labor inspections and audits.
- Coordinate documentation for PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory obligations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Performance Management & Training
- Track probation reviews and employee confirmations.
- Assist in performance appraisal activities.
- Coordinate employee training and skill development programs.
- Maintain training records and effectiveness reports.
Exit Management
- Manage employee separation processes.
- Conduct exit interviews and prepare reports.
- Ensure completion of clearance procedures and documentation.
HR Reporting & Administration
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports.
- Maintain HR dashboards and manpower reports.
- Support plant administration activities when required.
- Assist management with HR data and workforce analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Industrial Relations, or related field.
- MBA in Human Resources preferred.
Experience
- 2–5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Experience handling shop-floor employees and contract workforce is preferred.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience in attendance, payroll coordination, and manpower management.
- Strong employee relations and grievance handling skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS systems.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
