Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Service
- Welcome customers warmly and provide a professional shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
- Explain product features, purity, weight, making charges, certification, and pricing.
- Promote upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships for repeat business.
Product Knowledge
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all jewellery collections, offers, and promotions.
- Stay updated on current jewellery trends and customer preferences.
- Explain jewellery care, maintenance, exchange, and buyback policies.
Showroom Operations
- Ensure jewellery displays are clean, attractive, and well-organized.
- Assist in opening and closing stock verification.
- Maintain proper display and security of jewellery items.
- Support inventory counting and stock reconciliation.
Billing & Documentation
- Process sales through the POS system accurately.
- Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment methods as per company procedures.
- Prepare invoices and maintain sales records.
- Collect customer details for CRM and future marketing activities.
Customer Relationship Management
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and after-sales service.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Encourage customer referrals and repeat purchases.
Compliance & Security
- Follow all showroom SOPs and security procedures.
- Ensure confidentiality of customer and company information.
- Comply with company policies, audit requirements, and statutory regulations.
Pay: Up to ₹27,000.00 per month
