- Visit client or customer locations to conduct verifications, collect documents, or deliver stuffs.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers through sincere and empathetic interactions.
- Gather accurate data and feedback from the field to help reporting manager to manage the supply & delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and resolution of customer concerns.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism in all engagements.
- Use mobile apps or digital tools to update task status, upload documents, and report progress in real time.
