Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Lead to support the development and management of learning content. This role is ideal for candidates with internship or early experience in content creation who have a strong understanding of the content delivery lifecycle in an edtech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, creating, and managing educational content across various formats (videos, presentations, assessments, etc.).
- Coordinate with trainers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and internal teams to ensure high-quality content delivery.
- Understand and support the end-to-end content lifecycle: ideation, creation, review, publishing, and updates.
- Ensure content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with learning objectives.
- Manage content repositories and maintain version control.
- Support quality checks and standardization of content across courses.
- Track content progress, timelines, and delivery schedules.
- Work closely with the operations and training teams to ensure smooth execution of sessions.
- Gather feedback from learners and trainers to improve content quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education, English, Media, or related preferred).
- 0–2 years of internship or relevant experience in content creation, edtech, or training support.
- Basic understanding of content development and delivery lifecycle.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with tools like MS Office, Google Workspace, or basic content management systems.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with LMS platforms or edtech tools.
- Basic knowledge of instructional design principles.
- Exposure to digital content formats (video scripts, PPTs, quizzes, etc.).
- Interest in learning technologies or curriculum development.
