Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the institution's placement, internship, and corporate relations activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with recruiters, industry partners, and alumni.
- Plan campus recruitment drives, placement events, and career development programs.
- Enhance student employability through training, skill development, mock interviews, and career guidance.
- Achieve placement targets and improve internship and final placement opportunities.
- Coordinate with academic departments to align industry requirements with student competencies.
- Maintain placement records, prepare reports, and support accreditation and ranking activities.
Qualifications:
- Doctor's degree in Management, Human Resources, or a relevant discipline.
- Proven 10-15 years experience in campus placements, corporate relations..
- Strong leadership, communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
