We are seeking an organized, proactive, and dynamic Center Coordinator to oversee daily operations, manage student relations, and streamline academic scheduling at our institute. In this role, you will be the bridge between students, parents, faculty, and management. You will ensure a seamless learning environment while actively driving center growth by counseling prospective students and converting inquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities1. Center Operations Management
- Daily Operations: Manage day-to-day center activities efficiently to maintain a productive and professional environment.
- Facility Maintenance: Ensure the smooth functioning and upkeep of classrooms, computer labs, and overall infrastructure.
- Attendance Tracking: Monitor daily attendance records for both students and faculty members.
- Discipline & Standards: Maintain institute discipline, policy compliance, and high operational standards.
- Inter-departmental Coordination: Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure seamless execution of all institute activities and events.
2. Student Coordination & Experience
- Primary Contact: Act as the main point of contact for student and parent communications, inquiries, and updates.
- Issue Resolution: Handle student queries, concerns, and escalations with professionalism and empathy.
- Engagement & Performance: Track student attendance trends, academic performance, and overall engagement levels.
- Feedback Mechanism: Conduct regular student feedback collection surveys and initiate necessary follow-up actions to improve service quality.
- Student Experience: Ensure a welcoming, positive, and supportive student experience throughout the entire course duration.
3. Academic & Batch Coordination
- Scheduling: Coordinate and optimize class schedules, faculty timetables, and batch allocations.
- Timeliness: Ensure the punctual commencement and successful, timely completion of all batches.
- Curriculum Monitoring: Track daily curriculum delivery to ensure it aligns with academic timelines and progress milestones.
4. Course Counseling & Admissions (CRM)
- Walk-in Handling: Welcome walk-in inquiries and provide comprehensive, professional counseling regarding available courses.
- Career Guidance: Understand prospective students' career goals and recommend the most suitable programs.
- One-on-One Sessions: Conduct personalized counseling sessions for prospective students and their parents to detail curriculum benefits, certifications, placement support, and future career opportunities.
- Lead Follow-up: Consistently follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, events, and referrals.
- Admission Conversion: Effectively address doubts and objections to convert active inquiries into successful admissions.
- CRM Management: Maintain meticulous lead records and update internal CRM systems on a daily basis.
- Documentation: Coordinate the end-to-end admission documentation and student enrollment processes.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in educational institution management, administration, operations, or student/academic coordination.
- Industry Preference: Prior experience working with professional training institutes, colleges, or EdTech organizations is highly preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command over counseling and interpersonal dynamics.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM software, school/institute management tools, and basic office software (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities, multitasker, result-oriented mindset, and an approachable personality.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
