Job Description
- Primary Responsibilities:
1. Good communication skills, able to communicate fluently in English and Hindi, both written and verbal. Plus if knowledge about other regional languages.
2. Should know basic email etiquette and drafting.
3. Work on new sales leads and upgrades for existing customers.
4. Provide support to Local customers on call.
5. Conduct sales demos with customers.
6. Generate sales revenue from Local customers.
Etc..
Technical Requirements (If any specific)
1. Able to grasp technical terms and general software troubleshooting.2. Better if familiar with support and software sales. Plus if familiar with CRM tools3. Coordinate with the team for tech issues or suggestions reported by customers.4. Able to do multitasking and prioritize tasks.
5. Should be good at generating sales and upselling to active customers
Normal shift: 10AM to 7PM.
Shift duration: 9 Hours, 6 days a week. Sunday off.
