The EOX Delivery & Operations partners and collaborates with many parts of the talent organization to enable the delivery of learning programs.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist Assistant Manager, Talent Development on the EOX Delivery & Operations team, you will be responsible for supporting learning delivery and program and project execution aligned to business and talent development priorities.
- Partner with Growth & Development managers to create project plans and delivery approaches for national learning projects and established learning programs.
- Manage program communications and support day-to-day execution to help deliver learning programs on time and within scope for live and virtual formats.
- Support the full project lifecycle, including workplan development, milestone tracking, prioritization, escalation management, and coordination across stakeholders.
- Develop program plans with milestones and contingency plans, and analyze program data to identify and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate with EOX, USI, Talent Learning & Development, faculty, and business stakeholders to support program execution and delivery objectives.

Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8+ years of experience in learning delivery, program management, project management office, learning and development, or talent operations
- Experience creating project plans, workplans, milestones, and contingency plans
- Experience supporting end-to-end execution of live and virtual learning programs
- Experience managing program communications and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience supporting policy, process, and compliance requirements in program delivery
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Preferred:
- Project Management certification
- Experience supporting national or enterprise-wide learning programs
- Experience analyzing program data to identify process improvement opportunities
- Experience working with talent, operations, and business stakeholders across teams
