Salary: Up to ₹3.6 LPA (~₹30k/month)
Role Overview
We’re seeking a driven Business Development Associate to fuel agency growth by identifying opportunities and building client relationships across lifestyle, beauty, and consumer sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage new business leads
- Build strong client relationships and support acquisition efforts
- Assist in proposals, presentations, and pitches
- Collaborate with PR, influencer, and strategy teams
- Track industry trends and maintain a structured pipeline
Requirements
- 1–3 years in BD, sales, marketing, or client servicing (PR/agency preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven, organized, and proactive
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is a plus
