## Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated IT Support Executive with strong basic knowledge of SQL and working knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and Microsoft Excel. The candidate will be responsible for writing basic SQL queries, assisting with database reporting, and providing technical support for hardware and network-related issues.
## Key Responsibilities
### SQL (Primary)
* Write and execute basic SQL queries using SELECT, WHERE, JOIN, GROUP BY, INSERT, UPDATE, and DELETE.
* Retrieve, validate, and analyze data from databases.
* Assist in preparing reports and resolving basic database-related issues.
### Hardware & Networking
* Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
* Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software issues.
* Configure Windows operating systems and applications.
* Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic network connectivity.
* Provide first-level technical support to end users.
### Microsoft Excel
* Perform basic data entry and report preparation.
* Use basic Excel features such as formatting, sorting, filtering, and simple formulas.
* Maintain and update Excel records as required.
## Required Skills
* Good understanding of basic SQL queries and database concepts.
* Basic knowledge of Computer Hardware and Networking.
* Basic understanding of Windows operating systems.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
* Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Willingness to learn new technologies.
## Preferred Qualification
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, B.Sc. (IT), Diploma in Computer Engineering, or a related field.
* Basic certifications in SQL, Hardware & Networking are an added advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
