We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Press Shop Operator to join our manufacturing team at our unit in Village Kaind, Ludhiana. The ideal candidate should have experience in operating power press or mechanical press machines and be committed to maintaining high standards of quality, productivity, and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate power press, mechanical press, or hydraulic press machines as per production requirements.
- Set up and adjust dies, tools, and machine parameters for efficient production.
- Inspect components during production to ensure they meet quality specifications.
- Monitor machine performance and report any abnormalities or maintenance requirements.
- Maintain production records and ensure adherence to production targets.
- Follow all safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Keep the work area clean and organized in accordance with 5S practices.
- Coordinate with the Quality and Maintenance teams to resolve production-related issues.
Eligibility Criteria
- ITI, Diploma, or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in a press shop or sheet metal manufacturing environment. (
- Knowledge of press machine operation, die handling, and basic quality inspection.
- Ability to read basic production drawings and work instructions.
- Good understanding of workplace safety and machine operating procedures.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
