Role & responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist with filing, record-keeping, and other office organization tasks.
- Register visitors and ensure they comply with security protocols.
- Issue visitor badges and direct guests to their destinations.
- Collaborate with other departments to support day-to-day operations.
Preferred candidate profile
- Candidate should have good communication skills.
- Should have knowledge of excel.
- Good presentable skills.
