Job Summary:
The Hospital Administrator will support the daily administrative and operational activities of the hospital. The candidate will coordinate between departments, ensure smooth patient services, and assist in maintaining hospital records and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day hospital administrative activities
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and support staff
- Monitor front office and patient registration process
- Maintain patient records and administrative reports
- Support billing and insurance coordination
- Handle patient queries and resolve complaints
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance
- Monitor housekeeping and facility management
- Support HR activities like attendance and staff coordination
- Prepare daily operational reports
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of hospital operations
- MS Excel and MS Office knowledge
- Coordination and organizational skills
- Problem-solving ability
Preferred Candidates:
- Candidates with hospital experience
