- Manage employee onboarding and induction
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Monitor attendance, leave and employee data
- Coordinate performance appraisal process
- Drive employee engagement and team-building initiatives
- Conduct periodic employee feedback discussions

C. Founder's Office Support
- Manage calendars and schedules of Managing Partners
- Organize meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM)
- Track action items and ensure timely closure
- Coordinate internal reviews and management meetings
- Maintain strategic project trackers and follow-ups
D. Business Development Coordination
- Support networking events, conferences and client meetings
- Assist in preparation of presentations and capability decksE. Administration & Office Management
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Manage office administration and facilities
- Track important agreements and renewals
- Support travel, accommodation and event arrangements
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
