Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to manage inbound and outbound calls for The Sports Gurukul. The candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries from parents, students, and sports enthusiasts, assisting with admissions, follow-ups, class bookings, and providing excellent customer support to our sports academies and centres.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to sports programs and academy inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about sports programs, schedules, fees, and centre locations.
- Follow up with leads generated through digital campaigns, walk-ins, and referrals.
- Convert inquiries into registrations by explaining program benefits.
- Coordinate with academy managers and coaches for batch availability and schedules.
- Maintain call records, lead status, and customer details in CRM/Excel.
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues to the concerned team.
- Conduct feedback and follow-up calls with existing customers.
- Achieve daily call targets and conversion goals.
- Ensure a positive customer experience on every interaction.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is an added advantage).
- Good persuasion and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
