Position: Corporate Receptionist
Location: Bandra West, Mumbai
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Age Limit: Up to 37 years
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors/clients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage incoming calls, emails, correspondence, and scheduling
- Oversee office inventory, stationery, and ensure seamless daily operations
- Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and facility management teams
- Maintain employee attendance records and support basic HR documentation
- Organize appointments, schedules, and meeting room bookings
- Handle courier services and dispatch tracking
- Monitor and ensure timely renewals of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs)
- Provide administrative support to senior management as required
Candidate Profile
- Graduate with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with office equipment
- Polite, presentable, and customer-focused
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and work independently
Additional Details
- Salary: As per industry standards
- Joining: Immediate / Early joiners preferred
- Shift: Flexible day shift, Morning (Monday–Saturday)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
