Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional manner.
- Manage check-in, check-out, and billing procedures accurately.
- Handle direct reservations via phone, email, and at property.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints; escalate when necessary.
- Maintain guest records and ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance for guest requirements.
- Provide local information, directions, and recommendations about Matheran.
- Prepare daily front desk reports and assist with shift handover.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety, and confidentiality standards.
- Ensure personal appearance is clean and professional;
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma/Graduation in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field preferred; relevant work experience accepted.
- 1–3 years of front office or customer service experience, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; Marathi or Gujarati is a plus.
- Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) and MS Office.
- Professional appearance, friendly demeanor, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to multitask under pressure.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
