Engaging with customers, while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Understand customer needs and provide customized product recommendations to choose the right product.
Follow-up: Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns and potentially generate repeat business through relationship building.
Reporting: Compile sales reports, track inventory levels, and update management on stocks and customer preferences.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: Any bachelor's degree with knowledge of MS Office, handling e-mail etc.
Experience: Proven experience in retail sales or similar roles. Interior related experience highly preferrable.
Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for engaging with customers and providing exceptional service.
Salary will be the best in the industry.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
