Required Skills:
✔ Design, develop, and validate ETL/ELT pipelines for enterprise data integration and analytics solutions.
✔ Perform end-to-end testing of data pipelines, data warehouses, and cloud-based data platforms.
✔ Validate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes across multiple structured and unstructured data sources.
✔ Develop and execute test cases, test plans, and automation scripts for ETL workflows.
✔ Ensure data quality, integrity, accuracy, governance, and security compliance across enterprise data platforms.
✔ Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot ETL defects, data inconsistencies, and performance bottlenecks.
✔ Validate batch and real-time data processing pipelines built using Azure Databricks and Azure Data Factory.
✔ Collaborate with Data Engineers, Business Analysts, and Stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure successful data delivery.
✔ Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
✔ Create and maintain testing documentation, defect reports, and validation artifacts.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
✔ 4–6 years of professional experience in ETL Testing, Data Testing, or Data Engineering environments.
✔ Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and PySpark.
✔ Expertise in testing ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Databricks.
✔ Strong understanding of Data Warehousing concepts, Dimensional Modeling, and Big Data processing.
✔ Experience working with Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL, Azure Storage Accounts, and cloud-based data platforms.
✔ Knowledge of Spark transformations, data validation techniques, and performance testing.
✔ Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, Parquet, Delta Lake, and modern data formats.
✔ Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, and DevOps practices.
✔ Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
✔ Experience in regulated industries such as Life Sciences, MedTech, Healthcare, Pharma, or Manufacturing is preferred.
✔ Hands-on experience with Python, PySpark, SQL, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Git, and cloud-based data platforms.
