· Process Design & Optimization:
Develop and fine-tune production processes for mobile phone assembly lines to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
· Continuous Improvement:
Identify areas for improvement using Lean and Six Sigma tools and drive initiatives that enhance throughput and reduce costs.
· Quality Integration:
Collaborate with Quality teams to ensure robust process controls are in place, minimizing defects and rework.
· Product Launches:
Support the introduction of new mobile device models into mass production, ensuring a seamless ramp-up.
· Technical Documentation:
Prepare and update process documents such as SOPs, Work Instructions, and Process Flow Diagrams.
· Equipment Management:
Assist in the selection, installation, and commissioning of new equipment and tooling. Monitor performance and address technical issues.
· Troubleshooting:
Lead investigations into process deviations and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
