Position: School Coordinator
Reporting To: School Principal / Head Office Management
Position Summary
The School Coordinator serves as the key liaison between the school management team and the head office. The role ensures effective communication, smooth implementation of organizational policies, operational efficiency, and alignment of school activities with the institution's vision, goals, and standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Communication & Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact between the school management and the head office.
- Facilitate clear, timely, and accurate communication of policies, directives, and updates.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Ensure that information flows effectively between all stakeholders.
2. Administrative Management
- Monitor and support the implementation of head office policies and procedures within the school.
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation required by the management.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports on school operations, academic activities, and special projects.
- Assist in organizing audits, inspections, and compliance-related activities.
3. Academic & Operational Support
- Coordinate with school leadership to ensure smooth execution of academic and administrative plans.
- Track progress on school initiatives, projects, and performance indicators.
- Support the implementation of curriculum-related directives and educational programs.
- Assist in planning and coordinating school events, workshops, and training programs.
4. Data Management & Reporting
- Collect, analyze, and present data related to student enrollment, attendance, academic performance, and operational metrics.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management review.
- Maintain confidentiality of school and organizational information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in school administration, academic coordination, or educational management.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
