Roles and Responsibilities: Product Detailing: Explaining scientifically-backed wellness and herbal portfolios to doctors, emphasizing clinical safety and therapeutic benefits. Prescription Generation: Building strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) to actively drive prescriptions in an assigned territory. Network Coordination: Liaising regularly with stockists, distributors, and retail chemists to ensure 100% product availability at counters. Field Visits: Executing systematic, daily field visits to clinics and hospitals in line with the company's daily call plan. Medical Events: Organizing and executing Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, doctor meets, and awareness camps. Market Intelligence: Monitoring competitor activities, pricing strategies, and conducting Retail Chemist Prescription Audits (RCPA). Sales Growth: Consistently meeting or exceeding primary and secondary monthly/quarterly sales volume targets. Reporting: Submitting precise daily call reports (DCRs), expense statements, and market feedback data via official company reporting tools. Key Requirements & Qualifications: Experience: Typically ranges from 0 to 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales, depending on the tier of the territory. Education: A Bachelor's degree (preferably in Science, B.Pharm, or a related field) with a basic understanding of pharmaceutical structures. Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, persistent negotiation, and target-driven territory management capabilities. Travel: A valid driver's license, access to a two-wheeler, and complete flexibility for frequent field travel.
