We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Executive Coordinator to provide administrative and coordination support to senior management. The ideal candidate should have excellent follow-up skills, strong communication abilities, and a professional attitude. This role requires someone who can effectively manage multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality, and ensure smooth day-to-day coordination.
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on interview and experience)
Experience: 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Executive Coordinator, or Secretary to senior management.
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and follow up on tasks assigned by senior management.
- Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and schedules.
- Draft professional emails, letters, and business correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents using MS Excel and MS Word.
- Maintain records, files, and confidential documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Track pending work and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the management team.
- Handle general office coordination and documentation.
Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Microsoft Office.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
