Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Digital Workplace Solutions & Power Platform Led to design, implement, and manage enterprise workplace solutions. The role involves driving workplace transformation initiatives, developing business applications and automations using Microsoft Power Platform, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering data-driven insights through reporting and analytics. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud/SaaS workplace technologies, service operations, stakeholder management, and continuous service improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Workplace Solutions: Design, integration, deployment, and operation of cloud/SaaS workplace platforms aligned with enterprise workplace strategy.
- Reporting & Analytics: Design and delivery of dashboards and KPIs covering adoption, usage, sentiment, and operational performance
- Power Platform Expertise: Strong hands‑on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI for application development, automation, and analytics
- Solution Design & Delivery: Ability to translate business requirements into production‑ready solutions, including HLD/LLD, integration design, and deployment planning
- Service Operations & L3 Support: End‑to‑end ownership of service operations: monitoring, performance and capacity management, incident and problem management, and escalation handling
- Security, Identity & Compliance: Integration with enterprise identity and access management (Azure AD, SSO, MFA), role design, and adherence to security and privacy standards
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Collaboration with vendors and internal teams for PoCs, solution validation, production readiness, and incident resolution
Nice to Have:
- Documentation & Knowledge Management: Creation and maintenance of technical and operational documentation: runbooks, deployment guides, onboarding/offboarding procedures, and operational manuals
- KPI Definition & Service Measurement: Defining success metrics and maturity indicators for adoption, usage, and service quality
- Risk & Readiness Management: Support for production readiness, operational risk identification, and continuity planning
- AI & Intelligent Workplace Enablement (Added Advantage): Leveraging AI/ML capabilities to enhance insights, automation, and employee experience
- Process Improvement & Continuous Optimization: Identifying operational inefficiencies and driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Product Advocacy & Enablement: Acting as a product ambassador, supporting adoption, sharing best practices, and addressing stakeholder queries on digital workplace services
- Agile and scaling Agile methodologies (SAFe).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Experience in Digital Workplace, Modern Workplace, or Enterprise Collaboration platforms.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Teams, Azure Services, and Entra ID.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in enterprise-scale solution delivery and service operations.
