Assistant Manager-Logistics
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager Logistics to oversee inbound and outbound logistics, transportation, warehousing, inventory, and dispatch operations. The role focuses on ensuring timely deliveries, cost optimization, and efficient supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage transportation, warehousing, dispatch, and inventory operations.
- Ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
- Optimize logistics costs and coordinate with transporters and vendors.
- Track shipments and resolve logistics issues.
- Monitor logistics KPIs, budgets, and transportation expenses.
- Maintain logistics documentation, including e-way bills and delivery records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Lead the logistics team and support ERP-based logistics processes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PG in Supply Chain or Logistics is an added advantage.
- 3–5 years of logistics experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, transportation, warehouse, and inventory management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
