Position Overview
We are seeking two proactive and results-driven Project Coordinators to take complete ownership of solar project execution and tender management across India—with a strong focus on government agencies like TREDA (Tripura Renewable Energy Development Agency) and CREDA (Chhattisgarh Renewable Energy Development Agency).
In this role, you will act as the key operational bridge between government officials, local installers, field teams, and internal management to ensure seamless project execution, on-time completion, and strong stakeholder relations.
Language Specializations (Mandatory)
We are hiring for two distinct language profiles:
- Role A (Eastern / TREDA Focus): Fluent in Bengali (spoken and written) for effective liaison with government departments and site teams in Bengal/Tripura regions.
- Role B (Central / Chhattisgarh Focus): Fluent in Chhattisgarhi (or local Chhattisgarh regional dialects) for close coordination with state authorities and local installer networks.
Key Responsibilities1. Government Liaison & Relationship Building
- Build, nurture, and maintain healthy, positive professional relationships with officers and stakeholders in state renewable departments (TREDA, CREDA, etc.).
- Act as the primary contact for official project communications, site inspections, approvals, and compliance documentation.
2. Project Execution & Timeline Ownership
- Take full accountability for driving solar projects from post-tender award through to final commissioning.
- Ensure projects adhere to strict timelines, budget constraints, and quality specifications.
3. Daily Installer & Site Coordination
- Collect, verify, and log daily progress updates from ground installers, EPC contractors, and site engineers.
- Resolve daily operational bottlenecks, material shortages, or site issues quickly to prevent project delays.
4. Reporting & Tender Operations
- Maintain clear tracking sheets and report daily project status updates to management.
- Assist in post-award tender compliance, documentation, and coordination across various state projects in India.
Qualifications & Key Skills
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in solar project execution, field coordination, or tender operations (Solar EPC experience preferred).
- Education: Graduate / Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Renewable Energy) or Business Administration is a plus.
- Languages:
- Position 1: Strong Bengali + Hindi/English.
- Position 2: Strong Chhattisgarhi + Hindi/English.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive, respectful, and clear communication style.
- Ownership Mindset: Highly accountable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently under tight deadlines.
