About the Role
We are looking for a highly intelligent, proactive, and exceptionally organized
Operations Manager & Executive Assistant to work directly with the Founder. This is not
a conventional Executive Assistant role—it is a strategic position requiring ownership,
discretion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage business
operations in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Candidate Profile
Education: MBA/BBA or equivalent.
Experience: 2–4 years supporting founders/CXOs preferred.
Skills: Excellent English, communication, organization, MS Office/Google Workspace.
Travel: Valid Indian Passport mandatory; frequent travel required.
Personal Attributes: Integrity, confidentiality, ownership mindset.
