Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, implement and evaluate age-appropriate lesson plan and activities that promote learning development.
2. Create a safe, inclusive and supportive classroom environment that encourages social, emotional, cognitive and physical growth
3. Monitor student progress identify areas of need, and develop strategies to support individual students
4. Communicate effectively with parents through regular progress reports, parent-teacher conferences, and other means
5. Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement school -wide events and activities.
6. Maintain accurate records, reports,and assessments.
7. Stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education and incorporate new ideas into teaching practices.
Requirements.
1. Bachelor's degree in education or related field.
2. Montessori trained
3. English medium background

5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
6.Ability to work effectively with children, parents,and colleagues.
