Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our interior manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing residential and commercial interior projects while coordinating with clients, production, site execution, and vendors to ensure high-quality project delivery within timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet clients to understand their requirements, preferences, budget, and project scope.
- Develop innovative interior design concepts, layouts, mood boards, and space planning solutions.
- Prepare 2D drawings, working drawings, and detailed furniture layouts.
- Create 3D visualizations and realistic renders for client presentations.
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), material specifications, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with the production/manufacturing team for customized furniture and modular products.
- Select and finalize materials, laminates, veneers, fabrics, hardware, lighting, and finishes.
- Conduct site visits for measurements, inspections, and progress monitoring.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, vendors, contractors, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure all drawings comply with manufacturing standards and site feasibility.
- Resolve design-related issues during production and installation.
- Maintain project documentation, revisions, and design records.
- Ensure projects are delivered within the approved timeline and budget.
- Stay updated with current interior design trends, materials, and technologies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in the interior manufacturing, modular furniture, or turnkey interior industry.
- Experience in residential, commercial, office, retail, or hospitality interior projects.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of interior materials, furniture manufacturing, and modular systems.
- Excellent space planning and design visualization skills.
- Good understanding of furniture construction and production processes.
- Ability to prepare detailed working drawings and BOQs.
- Strong communication and client presentation skills.
- Excellent coordination and project management abilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
Software Proficiency:
- AutoCAD

- V-Ray / Corona Renderer

- Revit (Preferred)

- Timely completion of design deliverables.

- Compliance with company standards and manufacturing feasibility.

Working Conditions:
- Office-based with regular client meetings and site visits.
- Coordination with production unit and installation teams.
- Occasional travel based on project requirements.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
