Job Description – Sales & Marketing Intern
Position: Sales & Marketing Intern (4–5 Openings)
Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
Internship Duration: 3 to 6 Months
About the Role:
We are looking for dynamic, results-oriented Sales & Marketing Interns to help establish and strengthen our lead-generation process for corporate, institutional, and product-specific outreach. The interns will work closely with the business development and marketing team to identify potential clients, generate leads, and support outreach campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach:
- Build and manage lead databases for corporate and institutional clients
- Identify potential customers through online research, LinkedIn, directories, and other platforms
- Support product-specific lead generation campaigns
- Assist in email outreach, cold calling, and follow-up activities
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
Marketing Support:
- Assist in digital marketing and promotional activities
- Support social media and email marketing campaigns
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Help prepare marketing materials, presentations, and brochures
Coordination & Reporting:
- Maintain lead tracking sheets and CRM records
- Prepare daily and weekly activity reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution
- Support business development initiatives as required
Eligibility Criteria:
- Pursuing or recently completed MBA, BBA, B.Com, Marketing, or related courses
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales, marketing, and lead generation
- Comfortable using MS Office, LinkedIn, and online research tools
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
