Life Infusion Pharmaceuticals is a pharmaceutical manufacturing company based in Kerala, India. We are hiring an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods
- Ensure proper storage conditions (temperature, humidity, segregation) as per GMP guidelines
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock reconciliation using ERP/WMS
- Coordinate with Production, QA, Procurement, and Logistics teams for smooth material flow
- Supervise and train warehouse staff; handle manpower planning and shift scheduling
- Ensure timely issuance of materials to the production floor
- Oversee labelling, quarantine, and disposal of rejected or expired materials
- Maintain compliance with CDSCO, Schedule M, and applicable pharma regulations
- Implement and monitor SOPs; ensure readiness for regulatory inspections (WHO-GMP, FDA)
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Pharmacy, Science, Logistics, or related field
- 2-5 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in pharma or regulated manufacturing
- Knowledge of GMP, GDP, and Schedule M requirements
- Proficiency in ERP/WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
