- Prepare daily Indian meals (dal, sabzi, rice, roti, snacks, etc.) for staff.
- Ensure consistent taste, quality, and portion control across all meals.
- Execute pre-planned menus efficiently within defined timelines.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness.
- Manage bulk cooking operations during peak service hours.
- Monitor raw material usage and minimize food wastage.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation (FIFO).
- Follow standard recipes, processes, and supervisor guidelines.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth daily operations.
- Incorporate basic improvements based on staff feedback and preferences.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
