We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our team. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and sales through outbound telephone calls to potential customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and persuasion skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and qualify potential customers through research and outbound calls.
2. Establish relationships with potential customers through effective communication and active listening.
3. Clearly and persuasively present our products/services to potential customers, highlighting their benefits and features.
4. Address customer concerns and objections, and negotiate and close sales.
5. Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
6. Update customer records and sales data in our CRM system.
Requirements:
1. Proven track record of success in a telesales environment.
2. Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with potential customers, build rapport, and persuade.
3. Strong Work Ethic and Resilience: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle rejection, and maintain a positive attitude.
4. Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.
5. High School, Diploma or Equivalent: Minimum educational requirement.
6. Must be fluent in regional language
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
