Experience: 6+ years of core backend development.
Location: Bangalore.
Position Type: Contract-to-Hire (C2H)
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills are a must.
Technical Stack & Requirements:
Deep expertise in Java and the Spring Boot ecosystem.
Strong experience building and maintaining robust RESTful APIs and microservices.
Solid understanding of database management (SQL/NoSQL) and caching mechanisms.
Proven track record of writing clean, efficient, and well-tested code.
Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.
