India is one of Miraclon’s fastest growing countries, and a dynamic market for flexible packaging growth. Thanks to significant year over year expansion Miraclon is now looking for an Account Manager to join the regional Go-to-Market (GTM) team.
Located preferably in Mumbai, this role is responsible for maximizing value from the existing customer base, ensuring customer success, retention, and sustainable volume growth.
The Account Manager is the primary customer interface post-installation, managing relationships, contracts, and operational alignment.
You will report directly to the APR Sales Manager.
In this role you will

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.

Work alongside the Regional Applications team to drive volume growth within the install base.

Ensure all contracts, agreements, and renewals are up to date and optimised.

Lead customer business reviews, forecasting, and planning.

Manage day-to-day customer interactions and issue resolution.

Coordinate internal teams (Flexo Engineers, Customer Care, Supply Chain) for execution.

Support customer participation in programs, upgrades, and initiatives.

Ensure strong customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities

Deliver revenue, volume, and margin targets within assigned accounts.

Drive renewals, extensions, and volume commitments.
-
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline for existing customers.
-
Manage and implement pricing, rebates, and commercial agreements.
-
Ensure correct execution of order-to-cash processes.
-
Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
-
Support onboarding handover from New Business Sales and ensure continuity.

Maintain high CRM data quality

Responsible to enter account plans and track milestones in the CRM.

Lead coordination of customer reviews (MBR/QBR).
Skills

Proven experience in account management / customer success roles.

Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement.

Ability to drive growth within existing accounts.

Ability to drive price and payment negotiation within existing accounts.

Strong analytical and forecasting capability.

Experience managing contracts and commercial agreements.

CRM and reporting experience (Salesforce, BI tools).
