· 5 to 8 years exp with BE or Diploma Mechanical, Aerospace and Automotive, industrial engineering etc. Aerospace experience is preferred.
· Hands on online & offline programming experience in MASTERCAM/CATIA latest version.
· Knowledge on machine tool selection, machine settings, fixture designing & planning, AS Documentation.
· Hands on programming experience for 5 Axis Machines.
· Experience to Prove out process is mandatory.
· Experience in Process planning, FAI execution planning and engineering specification knowledge.
· Machine shop experience and knowledge is preferred on DMU, HAAS, BFW, turning machines with Haas, Heidenhain & Fanuc controls systems.
