We're looking for a Video Editor who understands that editing is more than cuts and transitions.
At JDWX, we create content that captures attention, tells stories, and delivers results. We're looking for someone who can take raw footage and turn it into engaging content for brands across food, lifestyle, real estate, fashion, and social media.
Responsibilities
- Edit reels, short-form videos, advertisements, and brand content
- Assemble raw footage into polished, engaging final outputs
- Add music, sound effects, motion graphics, subtitles, and visual enhancements
- Maintain brand consistency across projects
- Work closely with creative directors, designers, and content teams
- Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining quality standards
- Organize project files and maintain proper backup workflows
Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Basic understanding of After Effects
- Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual composition
- Ability to edit for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.)
- Good understanding of current social media trends and content formats
- Ability to take feedback and implement revisions efficiently
