Job Description:
- Identify, engage, and close deals with corporate clients for bulk orders, employee gifting, onboarding kits, etc.
- Build long-term B2B relationships to drive repeat business and upselling opportunities.
- Onboard and manage relationships with multi-brand outlets (MBOs), retailers, and wholesalers.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and placement for products in offline channels.
- Visit and pitch to hospitals, maternity clinics, pediatricians, and birthing centers.
- Position The Mom Store's maternity and baby products for bulk institutional use (e.g., postnatal care kits).
- Scout and respond to government tenders, e-marketplaces (GeM), and institutional procurement programs.
- Coordinate documentation, proposal submissions, and compliance.
- Drive lead generation through field visits, referrals, and networking.
- Maintain detailed sales reports, CRM records, and forecasting dashboards.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate/institutional selling, or channel development
- Strong understanding of corporate gifting, offline retail, wholesale, and institutional sales
- Familiarity with government procurement processes is a strong plus
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Fluent in English, Hindi and one regional language
- Comfortable with regular travel for client meetings
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
