Job Summary
DSS Interiors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced MEP Manager to lead and manage Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities for commercial interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, execution, coordination, and commissioning of MEP services while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of MEP works for commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Review MEP drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, project managers, and site execution teams.
- Plan and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion of MEP activities.
- Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers for timely procurement and execution.
- Resolve technical issues and provide practical site solutions.
- Monitor project costs, material consumption, and productivity.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress review meetings.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Ensure all as-built drawings, documentation, and project close-out activities are completed.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, ELV, and BMS systems.
- Proven experience in commercial office fit-out projects.
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong project planning, execution, and coordination skills.
- Vendor and subcontractor management experience.
- Knowledge of safety standards and quality control procedures.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project, and other project management tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in MEP execution and management.
- Mandatory experience in commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Pune are preferred.
Pay: ₹22,148.11 - ₹78,608.21 per month
