We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, communicate with clients, and support the growth of the company through online bidding and lead generation activities. The candidate should have good communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow in the IT services industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate business through online bidding platforms
- Identify and bid on relevant IT projects
- Prepare proposals and project estimates
- Communicate with international clients to understand requirements
- Coordinate with the technical team for project solutions
- Follow up with leads and convert them into projects
- Maintain records of bids and client interactions
- Achieve monthly business targets
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Required Skills
- Fresher with knowledge of online bidding or 6 months to 3 years of experience in IT Business Development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of online bidding platforms
- Ability to understand client requirements and propose solutions
- Self-motivated and target-oriented attitude
Preferred: Candidates from IT services or digital agency background will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
