*Program Structure*
Phase 1 (Months 1–3): Intensive, hands-on classroom and theoretical training covering basic to advanced fire safety protocols, risk management, and prevention strategies.
Phase 2 (Months 4–12): A 9-month paid internship to gain real-world industrial experience with a guaranteed monthly stipend.
*Compensation & Benefits*
Stipend During Internship: ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month.
*Post*-Training Final Placement: 100% committed placement assurance in Multinational Companies (MNCs).
Starting Salary Package: ₹3.0 LPA to ₹4.5 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum) upon successful completion and placement.
*Key Responsibilities* (During Internship & Final Role)
Assist in conducting regular safety audits and risk assessments across corporate or industrial facilities.
Learn to inspect, test, and maintain fire protection equipment (fire extinguishers, hydrants, alarms, and sprinkler systems).
Participate in organizing and conducting fire drills and safety awareness training for staff.
Ensure absolute compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
Respond effectively and calmly to emergency mock drills and real-life situations under senior supervision.
*Eligibility Criteria Education*: Minimum 12th-grade qualification or higher (Open to all streams; graduates can also apply).
Age Limit: 18 to 28 years old.
*Skills & Attributes*:
Strong physical fitness and alertness.
Good communication and team-player attitude.
A keen interest in industrial safety, security, and risk management.
No prior technical experience required; comprehensive training will be provided from scratch.
