- Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and acquire new business opportunities through Tier 1 vendors, prime vendors, and direct clients in the US staffing market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Tier 1 vendors, implementation partners, and hiring managers.
- Generate requirements from Tier 1/prime vendors and ensure consistent flow of requirements to the recruitment team.
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms of engagement with clients and vendors.
- Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery and submission of quality candidates.
- Track and manage sales pipeline, forecasts, and revenue targets.
- Stay updated with US staffing trends, market demands, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure adherence to client-specific submission guidelines and SLAs.
- Coordinate with account managers and recruiters to improve submission-to-placement ratios.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in US staffing business development.
- Strong experience working with Tier 1 vendors and prime vendors.
- Established network of vendor contacts and direct clients.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of US staffing models (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools and recruitment processes
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
