Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Field Officer to handle new customer acquisition and assist customers with the account-opening process. The candidate will be responsible for visiting customers, collecting required documents, completing KYC formalities, and ensuring smooth account opening.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customers and potential customers in assigned areas.
- Generate leads and acquire new customers for account opening.
- Explain account types, features, benefits, and required documentation.
- Collect and verify customer KYC documents as per company/bank guidelines.
- Assist customers in completing account-opening forms and applications.
- Coordinate with the office/bank team for successful account activation.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and customer details.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending documents or application status.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly account-opening targets.
- Maintain good customer relationships and provide basic support after account opening.
- Follow all KYC, compliance, and company procedures.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Freshers can apply; experience in banking, sales, field work, or customer acquisition will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and meeting customers.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and digital applications.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
