About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Angular Developer with at least 3 years of practical experience to join a client-facing project in the real estate industry. You’ll help build an internal data analytics and visualization tool.
We are seeking a highly experienced and technically skilled Angular Developer with deep expertise in .NET 9.0 APIs and modern Angular & Ionic frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end front-end development using Angular 13
- Collaborate with clients to gather, clarify, and confirm requirements and use cases
- Estimate timelines, create plans, and deliver tasks on schedule
- Write modular, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices
- Build responsive and cross-browser compatible UIs using vanilla CSS, Flexbox, and CSS Grid
- Document task requirements, client confirmations, meeting notes, and verbal discussions in written form
- Regularly communicate blockers, clarifications, and updates
- Participate in daily stand-up and check-out meetings, and attend scheduled client calls
- Provide production support for urgent bug fixes and deployments
- Remain available for critical support needs during weekends or after-hours if required
- Notify leave plans at least two weeks in advance and provide limited support during leave if necessary

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Angular (version 13 or above)
- Solid knowledge of TypeScript and HTML
- Deep expertise in CSS with strong proficiency in Flexbox and CSS Grid
- Demonstrated ability to create UIs using plain CSS without any UI frameworks (like Bootstrap or Tailwind)
- Experience integrating and working with RESTful APIs
- Understanding and use of RxJS for reactive programming
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket)
- Effective communication skills and attention to documentation
- Willingness and ability to learn and apply unit testing practices when required
- Proactive, self-managed, and dependable in meeting responsibilities
