About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executives to join our growing team. The primary responsibility of this role is to handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, understand customer requirements, schedule site visits, and support the sales team in converting prospects into bookings.
This role is ideal for candidates with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for customer interaction. Prior experience in telecalling, pre-sales, real estate, or customer service will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to residential real estate projects
- Connect with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, portals, and referrals
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant project information
- Qualify prospects and maintain detailed records in CRM
- Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team
- Follow up regularly with interested customers and nurture leads
- Maintain daily call logs and lead status updates
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handover
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and site visit targets
- Build positive relationships with prospective customers
Candidate Profile
- 6 Months – 3 Years of experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling, Customer Service, or Real Estate Sales
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable handling a high volume of customer calls
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Excel preferred
- Strong follow-up and persuasion skills
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
